My Arlo base station is stuck at 'getting information'

My Arlo base station seems stuck at 'getting information' and no response. Arlo cameras are able to detect motion, but motion is not recorded. I tried to delete app and re-install. But it didn't help. I am using iPhone app, and with iOS 9.

Updated: When I log in to Arlo potal from laptop, it shows my base statetion offline. Should I reconnect base station? Power off and power on?
