Camera not working with new batteries

Camera clicks about every 30 seconds.  Seems like its trying to start up but shuts itself down.

 

Green screen says batteries need replacing.

 

Blue light appears briefly when battery compartment is opened then closed.

 

Tried removing device and setting up as new.  Blue light appears briefly and shuts down.

 

Tried a different set of new batteries with the same result.

 

Other 4 cameras working fine.

 

Less than 2 years old.

contact Netgear for a possible replacement.

If you're still having issues after removing the camera and resyncing along with installing a fresh set of batteries, I agree with TomMac. Please consider contacting the Arlo Support Team for further investigation of this issue as it may be hardware related.
