Which LED?

the three from the left are POWER, INTERNET,CAMERA

The power led is only amber during rebooting...otherwise should be green..

Try a reset of the base ( hold in reset button for 10 secs till all the front leds flash... see it the base works then.

Thanks for replying.  It is the first button, the Power.  It's staying Amber.

The reset button has not effect .  Holding it for 10 seconds, 15 seconds, etc....  The base lights do nothing, the Amber power light stays lit continuously.  Tried unplugging, tried the on/off rear switch.  Thanks.

Thank you.  I'll retun it.  It ran perfect from Dec 4th until last night......

I am having this same issue. It worked great for about amonth and then the base station stays amber when powered up. No other lights are active. Is this thing bricked for some reason. I purchased it a Best Buy. Do I just take back the base station and see if they will exchange it. I already have everything else mounted and dont want to reinstall all the hardware.

It's a hardware problem. Exchange the system at the store or open a case with support using the Contact Support link at the bottom here.
