My Arlo Camera Is Offline For A Week - Says To Contact Support? How Do I Fix?

One of my outdoor cameras has been offline over a week. Battery life good, internet on, other camera working fine. Any troubleshooting tips would be appreciated. I am not techie but learn8ng system.

If the camera is offline, how do you know the battery is good? Use a fresh set to be sure. You may need to remove the camera from Settings, My Devices and resync it.
If the batteries are dead quickly, there may be other issues we need to deal with. Try getting it back online first.

Thank you. I see the camera light up when I have been out front in dark. Was putting up Xmas lights and walking dog. I will try the respect in set up pamphlet
