3 payments made for this month already yet our account is still inactive.   Can't contact support as I don't have an active account!!!

Which user interface (UI) are you using? The old one uses Library to view videos while the new one uses Feed.

 

If using the old UI, check Settings, Subscription, Manage Cameras to move inactive cameras into the plan. With the new UI, they should automatically be included but check Settings, Subscription to make sure the sub is recognized.

Are you still experiencing this issue? I see you currently have a single camera subscription.
