Set up  a new system on a VMB4000 and everything was working fine.

Decided to change the station to a VMB3000 and use the VMB4000 as an extender elsewhere in the house.

Now Arlo login screen says it is off line, (cannot connect to server) when the internet is working in other tabs of the brower.

Logging in to the account thru 3g shows the base station as Offline, although the LED on the base station shows as connected. (Green)

I've done factory reset, power recycle of router, base station, and cameras. Even tried hooking the VMB4000 back up with no luck.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Your pic looks like there might have been an issue with the server. Is it working now?

I believe that when you visit arlo.netgear.com it attempts to ping your home base unit.

It shows as being up for other folks https://imgur.com/a/Q1CC56I

On the mobile app, if I click on Sign up is will spin on "Please Wait" then go back to the log in screen.

If I take my mobile off the local network and go to 3G I can log into my other arlo with no issue.
