I verified with ID.ME and then clicked on the link to Arlo. 

It clearly states 15% ALL full priced and sale items. 

The disclaimer states. "Offers exclude bundles and accessories and is not stackable with other promotions. Other restrictions may apply."

I then tried to add a few cameras, no bundle just 3 different single cameras.

The cart I again click on the Save 15% with ID.ME, it verified, but no discount showed up.

Since I have read on other threads they don't consider accessories in the 15%, shouldn't the cameras, which are on sale, be eligible?

I've been sent a response. "Please be advised that ID.Me discount is not stackable with other promotions. Also, the offer that we have on our website cannot be combined with any other offers, including ID.ME or Arlo subscription discount. That is the discount that was applied on you purchase. Please let me know if further assistance is needed."

 

I read it as 15% off regular and sale items that are not under the restrictions, "Offers exclude bundles and accessories and is not stackable with other promotions. Other restrictions may apply.

I'm trying to purchase a camera normally, $149 and is on sale for $99. If it is a "sale item", shouldn't I be given 15% of the sale price of $99? I wouldn't be arguing, but it CLEARLY states 15% off sale items. 

Arlo is telling me different. Does anyone else understand this? If you don't want to honor your ID.ME deal, than don't offer it. It is deceptive and borders on fraud.

They can't give me an example of 15% of a sale item.

I just wanted to say the Arlo did reach out to me and he said they will honor the 15% off sale items. I have been I Information Technology for 28 years, so I figured it was a software issue. It is seen as a double or stacked discount, so I won't accept it on the site. They said just to call them with my order and they will take care of it.

I am always happy to find companies with good customer support. Arlo has earned my business and I will feel good about recommending them to friends and family. My wife agrees as she hated my Amcrest system as it was too difficult to use. Arlo's app is much simpler and I've aslo purchased a year subscription so I get the added features. Happy wife. happy life.

Arlo I'm also happy to be a tester of your hardware. I don't know if you have such a program, but I extend the offer. Chris
