I inherited a couple of vmc 3030 cameras and the base station. Set them up and all was well. Saw activation videos in the feed and was getting motion notifications without a problem. Then this week they got kicked off line. I resynced them and the live view works but no more feed updates or any motion notifications. I know these cameras no longer have updates or are supported but they were working fine for days. I’m not buying a subscription if they are outdated. Can someone tell me why the app was working fine and now it’s not?

Check your active mode for appropriate rules for the cameras. Also, have you rebooted the base and openeded and closed the battery doors on the cameras?

Can you please check to see if you are able to see the videos within feed now?
