MOTION DETECTION/ NO RECORDING

I'm using IOS app and Chrome browsers. 

My camera get a motion detection (Orange man) and give me notification but recording never show and I don't have LIVE access in "cameras".

I can see more issues like this and no real solutions. I not sure if I need return my camera! Can you help me please?

This is a known issue and Netgear is aware of it. For the time being you'll have to rely on the direct links in the notification emails until a fix has been made available.

 

Many people report that the videos will eventually show (after a long delay of several hours) in the library when viewing in a web browser, but they remain missing/hidden when viewed in the iPhone or Android apps.

When you say you don't have LIVE access, are you getting an error message when trying to live stream a camera?

They are giving me same runaround and not honoring warranty.
