Armed is usually motion AND sound detection on. All Motion On just motion detection. But, of course, if you don't have the Arlo Q camera it won't make a difference.

There are generally two default modes...

ARM =  all on

DISARMED = all off

If you have a third mode called ALL MOTION ON, are you sure you didn't create it...  All Motion On COULD be different if some of the rules are different say for example taking snapshots as opposed to video and/or using audio to trigger ( q cam ).

If you don't use it and didn't make it, make sure the riles in ARMED is what you want and you can delete it if not needed.

As a PS... there is NO DISARMED in the schedule cause anything not turned on by a mode is normally off.

All Motion On is carried over from the previous firmware, probably only if you had modified it.  If you do a fresh install with the new firmware, I don't believe it will be there.
