GOING ROUND IN CIRCLES

When I try to set up a new Arlo account I am told an account exists with the email address. But when I try to login with that email address Ii am told they have no record of an account with that email address.

I'm guessing they are telling me they don't want my business - so I'll just send the expensive kit back.

Just how stupid is this?????

Have you tried to use the forgot password feature?

You could creat a free gmail email and name it yourlastname'sArlo@gmail.com. It is very easy to set up a new email just for your Arlo alerts on your phone, computer, etc.
