When I tried to enter details  as a new system setup I was informed they already had a setup with my email address - very strange. I had no idea what the password was, so entered email address and was informed they had sent an email with information about my password - presumably the arrangement to create a new one. But so far, after about an hour, no email, nothing, zip, nada!!! What is happening here?

Have you tried setting up using a different e-mail address to see if you get the same behavior?
