Low Battery indication when the bats are new. All above 3.2 volts

My Arlo keeps showing a low batt warning however the batts are new.  All above 3.2 volts.  

 

Rebooting both devices (cam and router) don't help.

First , you didn't say if they are OEM or rechargeables... some rechargeables will show as low.

 

New OEM batteries should be at 3.2v when tested.

 

So, I would pull the batteries you tested as good, and try them in a second camera ( or put another new set in the same camera ) and see if the problem follows the camera or batteries.

 

If it is just the one camera, then contact Netgear with a trouble ticket for possible replacement
