When I tried playing back videos in my library, the video shows "load" for a tiny fraction of a second, goes black and the video playback bar doesn't move. This only happens with my wireless arlo cameras; my arlo Q cameras are able to play video in the library no problem. I'm using a chromebook with chrome browser. Please help! Thanks.

Have you tried a different browser or the app? We need to know if it works anywhere before blaming Chrome or the Chromebook.

You can also try and D/L the video first before playback to see if it's the system or the computer playback
