New app geofencing

When I used original app I logged into mine and sent my roommate an email to invite him to geofencing and he then downloaded the app- no password etc
What do I do with the new app now?

Hi JeffreyW124,

You will be asked to re-enable your mobile device(s) in the new Arlo app to automatically trigger Home/Away modes based on location. Your roommate will need to download the new Arlo app and log on to make sure that Geofencing works for your roommate as well.
