Paid for subscription but never received text notifications

I pay for the subscription and have never been able to get the text notifications. I get the email ones but not the text. I have checked all setting and made sure phone number was right but still no luck.

Hi Jeremyrobertson,

 

When you mention text notifications, are you referring to push notifications from the Arlo app or the text message notifications?
