Log of offline Times - how do we know when someone shuts off the hub

Hi

I’m using Arlo in a disability home after a bad incident happen injuring my mentally disabled son

I have reason to suspect that hub ( command box) is being turned off / disconnected from the internet so it cameras don’t record

Is there an option for Arlo log times and status changes on a register ? If none, can this be an amendment that can be done? It’s crucial for investigations done on incidents in the disability home and staff compliance

Sorry to tell u , for the end user there are no logs.... Nothing that will do what you want.

IMO, you may need a different type of system that will fulfill your requirements for compliance
