Locked out of account and password recover email is not sending a code

Hello,

 

My dad is locked out of his Arlo account and the password recovery process is not working. The email is [EDIT] and we do not receive any codes at all to do the password reset. It seems like he is locked out of his Arlo account completely and I am not sure what else to do in order to access. I had to create this Arlo account in order to post on this forum to ask for help because I could not find a customer service phone number nor could I find a place to submit a help service ticket.

 

If you could contact that email above or this email [Edit] that would be great. I do not know anyway else to get help with my dad's account because I could not find other support resources on the website.

@ShayneS Yes, my father is still locked out and there is no successful way for us to access his account even with trying the recovery password route.
