Awful company.  Live agent chat only available through extra subscription.  Run far from this company, disgusting customer service .  Getting my money back

Hi James,

This is so aggravating.... I just finished my 3 month trial.  I have three Arlo Essential Spotlight Cameras VMC2330.  I subscribed for the $9.99.  When I had the trial, I could see a live feed and also get the recorded videos when I went into my library.  Now with subscription... I can see live feed, but no recorded videos.  I have gone into setting, subscription  - - but NO manage cameras tab, so I can't even drag the cameras into my subscription - which I have paid for.   What am I missing??

Are you perhaps using a "friend" account (shared cameras)?

Have you tried using my.arlo.com on a PC?

 

FWIW, the iOS app instructs you to manage cameras there.
