Hello,

    We've recent;y purchase two Arlo Wireless Cameras and need 120% reliability.  I have some questions and need someone to speak to. I need a live person and FAQ's.  Please.

Using the desktop version of this web site, there's a Support link at the top of these pages that leads to the FAQs and videos.  There's also a Contact Support link at the bottom of these pages that gives options for contact.  

Never post your info on public forums.  ALso, it's highly unlikely someone will call you - you have to initiate the contact.
