I had 9% battery and replaced all. Camera still indicated I needed to replace the batteries. I moved them around and switched some out. Then my camera told me I was offline. I did a re-sync and got the flashing blue light. Then my camera told me I needed a firmware  update. I have done the update at least 6 times and cant seem to get rid of the firmware update message. I click on the update and it tells me it is available and do I want to do it. Says it will take 5 mins and not to interrupt but the message is still showing that an update is available. It doesnt seem that the update has actually taken place. Please help. My camera is useless at this point. Thank you.

1. Ensure your batteries are full. What brand and type did you replace them with?
2. What speed is your internet connection? www.speedtest.net will help if you don't know
3. How far away is the camera from the base station?
4. Try to delete the camera from your account and add it again as a new camera
5. Failing all that, contact support

Power cycling the base can be useful, too.
