Can anybody explain how to fix my library videos? When I play them it starts off with a black screen for a bit before the video works.

This sometimes is more a problem of the browser/computer playback over the Arlo system... as recommended d/l and test 

and/or try several browsers Firefox/chrome/etc see if it still occurs.

I doubt there's anythng you can do other than replace any hardware that may be causing this.  First, though, try downloading a video and verify that it happens when viewing them with a different viewer.

Thanks for the replies. Tried watching videos from the library on my I-phone and they work perfectly fine. It would seem google chrome is the culprit. At least I know that my Arlo system is not faulty.

Seems some changes in browser/ and attachments ; ie flash, causing problems.

I usu use FireFox, pretty stable and regular updates.
