Is there a way to change the administrator on my acct?

The only way I know of to do this is to remove all devices from Settings, My Devices and have the other person set the system up as new.

Does this have to be done on both devices? My phone and my ex husband's phone? Hes the administrator currently.

He would need to remove the devices on his account so you can set them up as a new system. Since you apparently have been granted access, you can't do it - he has to unless you know his login credentials for Arlo.
