At times it seems like there is a delay in repeat triggering, i.e. a time period after one trigger during which it won't trigger again. True?

My experience is that the delay is how long it takes the camera to upload the video clip. Once it's been uploaded, it's able to capture the next event.

I think the OP was asking about a delay after recording the initial video clip was complete. Obviously, another trigger event while a video recording is in progress will not cause the current video recording to be prolonged.
