Is it possible to use an amazon echo/alexa to speak motion detection notifications or siren?

Is it possible to use an amazon echo/alexa to speak motion detection notifications or be used as a siren alarm if motion is detected?  if any one has tried or done this please share  thanks!

Amazon are yet to enable push notifications to be received by Echo, however they are apparently working on it

Amazon has launched push notifications. Has anyone with an Alexa tested to see if Arlo enabled this yet? I want to get an Alexa mainly for this feature so I have been waiting to get one until this is possible.
