Is Arlo company remotely changing camera sensitivity

Has Arlo company lowered camera sensitivity remotely? Our cams have been MUCH less sensitive the past couple of days. It hasn't picked up UPS truck parked 20 yards or the driver walking to our front door 2 days in a row. Today it didn't pick up the trash truck emptying trash cans at 10 ft for 15 minutes. Is anyone else having this issue?

That would require a firmware update which hasn't occurred in a long time. Rebooting the base and maybe reinstering the camera batteries may help as well as checking your modes and rules to verify proper motion sensitivity settings. Testing yourself by walking back and forth in front of the cameras at different distances would also be useful.

All cams set at highest sensitivity. App was uninstalled & reinstalled and all cameras and based re-sync during last Arlo problem.

Now they do not see motion when I walk & stand within 5 ft of them. They only record when I physically move them, put my hand on front of them. Cams show they're recording but app shows never ending circle and finally after 5 minutes a recording.

Wifi is working correctly. No problems connecting, viewing, uploading or downloading.

System is acting like it did when Arlo was having server problems.
