Invoices - not getting ANY help from Support

Hey All

we have be trying, Summer 2020 to get Arlo to send us invoices for the monthly service/subscription.

We have written Support, Jessica (Moderator on this board) directly, called maybe 25 times and all in vain.

We are send on a wild goos chase every time, being promised over and over that Arlo would send them... 

it is beyond my imagination why this is so hard for  them.... I mean come on!  an invoice!

has any of you had any luck getting an invoice  and if so; how did you manage to do that?

Absolutely incredible!!
they still in cycle me from one support country to another , claiming that GDPR stops them from helping me get the invoices :):)
