Invited users can't view local storage

I've invited my family members to be able to view all cameras in our Arlo eco-system (I've also given them administrator access). But for some reason, they can't view videos saved to our local storage, but I can from my device.

Unfortunately, the direct access to local storage feature only is available in the primary account (not friend accounts).
