Invite sent to me but no cameras showing up ???

Just installed a Arlo wired essential doorbell used my girlfriends phone to set it up and all is good there, sent myself an invite so I could set the camera up on my phone as well. I received the invite, accepted the invite, made a Arlo account but when I get to my Arlo dashboard no devices are showing up. it's asking me to add a device. Tried sending myself the invite multiple times and accepting it but I keep getting the same result. Any advice ?

Does her account show the invite as accepted?  Or does it still say it is "pending"?

 

If it says pending, try accepting the invite on a PC by clicking on "create account".  That will open the browser to my.arlo.com.  From there, log into your existing account (completing the two-factor authentication step).  Then see if the invite shows as accepted.

 

Also, see if your girlfriend's app shows "Library" as a menu option, or if it shows "Feed" and "Dashboard" instead.  Both accounts need to match (either both showing "Library" or both showing "Feed").  If these are both new accounts, you likely are seeing "Feed" in both.  But if one shows "Library", then it will need to be migrated.  Let us know if that's the situation, and we can give you the instructions you need to migrate.
