Doorbell battery no longer charging

my doorbell and battery was sitting indoors in an air conditioned house for well over a month now the battery is on the charger and blinking red and green. It’s been on the charger for about an hour and a half and still blinking red and green. I’ve tried putting it in the doorbell, and there seems to be no power. I’ve tried the reset button several times But no response

Try unplugging the power and plugging back in several times to see if it then finally charges. Here's an old FAQ that describes the process:
