I am the primary user. I sent an invitation to my husband. He clicked to create an Arlo account. There is no sign of an invitation. The only options are to select cameras and set up. He should not be doing that, correct??
After 3 days of trying, I am beyond frustrated. Why must it e so difficult??

I did, yes. Both cameras, full access.

Did he try accessing from the web client? If he was using an app, can you let us know which (Android or iOS, also whether it's the new app or the legacy one)?

Both. And both the Legacy app, and the the new app as well.
I was on hold last night for a very long time trying to reach customer service. Then about an hour trying for online chat, only to get a “no agent available” message. Seriously ready to take Arlo back and go with Nest or Ring.
