My camera is an  Arlo.  In attempting to set up a zone I managed to inadvertently invert the image.  I did not want that.  After many attempts, including a full factory reset I managed to get the PC image to be right side up.  However, on my Nexus device it is still inverted.  Before anyone asks, I did a complete power down of the Nexus phone - still inverted.  This is a VERY buggy device. Not user friendly and not very intuitive.  Any ideas on how to get the image back the way it should be on the Nexus device?

I have inverted and reverted on my Nexus devices with no issues.  It's not a buggy device, at least not in this respect.

Where are you seeing the inversion?  On any recorded videos?  Live view? Pan and zoom?  This sounds like a cached image issue.  You can try clearing the app cache in your phone settings or reinstall the app which should do the same thing.

So, toggling the Invert Image setting on the camera's Settings page (Settings -> My Devices -> <Your Camera> -> Invert Image) doesn't normalize the image?

And as asked before, where exactly is it shown inverted? The still image preview on the camera page? The pan & zoom image on the camera's Settings page? A Live View? A recorded video clip?
