Intermittent offline cameras

The saga continues: cameras go offline and back online at will. All different models no semblance of a pattern. 

Any ideas?!

Can you try Power cycling the base station and leave it unplugged for 30 seconds or so before plugging it back in and monitor for any improvements. 

 

Some other things we can try

  • You can check for any firmware updates on your home gateway/router
  • Test with a different ethernet cable as well and try a different port on your router
