I am trying to install a new arlo VMS3330 wire free security camera system but I can not get the base station to connect to the internet. The LED light stays yellow. I own a Arris Surfboard SBG6900-AC DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem and Wi-Fi Router using Cable One internet provider. I have logged onto the router I spent many hours with support but can not figure out which settings to adjust. Any help will be appreciated. Thank You.

Have you rebooted the modem and router? Which support are you working with Arlo or the ISP? If this is an ISP-owned router, they may have set something to block access so you'd have to work with them. In the past various ISPs have been the source of the problem.

 

And, to be clear, this is a home network, not a business one, right?
