I recently bought arlo cameras so all are on free trial. Once I redeemed my 1 year professional subscription code, I can see my plan was changed at my arlo account at arlo.com. But, my phone and ipad arlo secure app would not change trial plans to my subscription.
What can I do? I totally regret that I purchased arlo but may need to pay extra for the other brand. I don't know how many times I have contacted arlo support center for camera issues, and now it seems redeemed but not redeem on my app?? Any suggestions can be greatly appreciated.

Wait for the trial to expire. The cameras will automatically switch to the paid subscription at that time.
