I'm unable to change the video quality of my cameras; that feature is grayed out

I'm unable to change the video quality of my cameras; that feature is grayed out. From the 'Devices' screen where I can see what each camera is viewing, I click on the 'gear' icon to go into the settings for that camera. From there, Iclick on 'Video Settings', then at the bottom where I should be able to move the slider between 'Best Video' and 'Best battery life', I am unable to move the slider because it's grayed out. Why don't I have this option?

any chance you're using a guest account?  Is this on phone or computer/  If phonr try computer; if computer, try another browser
