I have not been able to log in oline to view my recorded videso for a week now. I've tried Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome in normal and incgnito mode and nothing works. I click the Log In button and nothing happens.

That doesn't sound typical of the recent problems. Are there any error messages? Have you tried rstarting the computer? What antivirus and/or firewall software are you using?
