I have changed the internet providers, how can i connect the new internet conections to thearlo rout

It should make no difference what ISP is used.  I would restart the base and check the LEDs - the Internet one (second from the left) should be green.  If amber, it's connected to the router but the connection to the server isn't working.  No LED means the connection to the router isn't working due to a bad port on either the base or router or a bad cable connection.  If either of these two is the case, try turning off thew modem, router and base.  Power the modem on and let it stabilize.  Then do the same with the router and, finally, the base.  Any luck?
