I do not want Arlo to notify me by emails

I do not want Arlo to notify me by emails.  I have all 5 cameras set to NOT show alerts or send notifications.

Just today I have started to receive email notices.  I am getting these emails even though I have the system set to NOT send emails.

Any ideas why?

Somehow my cameras got reset and were set to alert by email, and also the 30 second record was changed back to 10 sec.
