I cannot use the Arlo app on my iPhone unless I am connected to wifi. Why is that? I've had the device for several years and have never had this problem. I've contacted support via phone. What a joke! Has anyone else had this problem? How can I fix it? My husband has the app on his phone and it works fine.

Try rebooting the phone and reinstall the app. Any luck?
