I can only sink the first 2 of 6 cameras. What am I doing wrong?

I am only able to sink the first 2 cameras.  After that I keep going through the motions but nothing happens.  What am I doing wrong?

Most common problem is holding the Arlo base internet button to long...it's ONLY a quick push
