I am unable to add friends to my Arlo account

The instructions at this link do not work for me.

When I log in and check settings, I do not see any of the options listed in the instructions.

Your product, your help and your app are all very confusing.

If you’re using the arlo iOS app and your missing the grant access feature it is likely that your not using the primary user credentials.

Else if you have logged in after being kicked out of the app you need to login again to get the grant access feature to show up.
