I am trying to access my account, but have not been able to get in touch with a real person. The two step verification did not work and has for some reason locked my phone and will not allow codes for log in. Please advise before I throw all of this in the trash.

Does the app crash the phone or just won’t let you login to arlo?
In either case try deleting the app and reinstalling it.
