I Cannot See Camera Feeds Base Station Offline 48957C7VA3534

this is really a major problem I need these cameras to work asap. My cameras are all saying base station offline my serial number for the base station is 48957C7VA3534 and I use comcast as my cable phone and internet provider. The cameras were working fine until a couple days ago. I changed the batteries, unplugged and repluged the base station and nothing but a yellow light and the message that it is offline.

WHat LED is amber? I'll guess it's the Internet one. In that case, the base has a connection to the router but not to the servers. Since it was working before and assuming that you've made no changes to the router, rebooting the router and base is a good first step.
