I Can't Log In To App After Batteries Drained

My batteried we depletex for a couple of months. I finally bought a charger and charged them. Now the app wont let me login. I try to change my password, it says it is sending me an email but the email never comes. I tried to set up anew a cou t but it recognizes that I already have an account set up. HELP!

What firmware version is your base station & cameras running? Can you log in to the web portal?
