How to turn off iOS app notifications for Arlo Wireless?

Please tell me how to turn off the IOS app notifications?  I can mute it for 24 hours but I need to know how to mute them.

Arlo wireless camera version 2.7.15 (107) Hardware VMB4000r3

To turn off pushes or email just go to Modes, pick the mode you are arming with and edit ( pencil in apps ).... Near bottom of page toggle one or both off
