Arlo Legacy - Video Download

I am hoping someone can help me.  

I have donloaded the new Arlo legacy app and need to download some video footage from my library.  The download function however, is greyed out.

I am running Safari browser using up to date iOS version 12.4.1  I have VMB3010r2 base station with H11 cameras.

If anyone can provide me with an answer, I would be very grateful.

The legacy app is the old one, not the new one.  Do you have both apps installed? If so, uninstall the old app and try again. If still no good, rebooth the phone and reinstall the app.
