How to record and share videos as grant access user?

We have two Arlo wireless cameras and three people living in my house and we are all connected to Arlo but for some reason my mom's phone is the main Arlo account holder so I'm trying to figure out how I can record and share videos through my phone but it won't let me it's all shaded there's no way to do that for my phone, is it because my mom is account holder I'm confused....??

The phone itself isn't the primary user - it's the login credentials. If it's to stay that way, she (or whoever has the primary account credentials) can log in and go to Settings, Grant Access and add the additional access rights to each user, if appropriate.
