How to grant access to camera on phone?

We have a new phone I was able to open my Arlo app and now I tried to add my wife as user on her new phone she was able to log in but no camera showing her phone apps

Have her accept the invite (clicking on the link) on a PC.  That works better than accepting it on the app.

 

Then she should see the shared cameras in her app.
