How long before all of the latest changes stabilize and my wire free system actually becomes usable?

Trying to determine if I should just make a cool video of me burning all of my Arlo wire-free cameras and base station and hope it goes viral.
This is the poorest product I have ever seen in my life. I'm in the software consulting industry and if I had a rollout like the latest changes to Arlo, there would be a lot of people losing their jobs.
Why can't support just give us a page telling us the status of their issues they are experiencing and when they expect them to be resolved so that all of us Arlo users are not ripping our hair out continuing to try and troubleshoot whether or not it's an issue on our end. And don't come on here giving me some bull that there have only been minor intermittent issues. My wire-free system has basically been unusable for the full 2 weeks time that I have owned it.
